Based on Chief Executive of the Capital Market Supervisory Financial Services Authority (OJK) Letter No. S-186 / D.04 / 2019 dated December 2, 2019, the Company has received an effective statement to conduct an initial public offering of its shares to the public, amounting to 1,412,000,000 shares, with a nominal value of Rp. 100 per share at an offering price of Rp. 105 per share.
